VALIDATION OF REGISTRATION FORM

Kindly download the registration form, attach the copy of following documents (Birth Certificate, Student Aadhaar ID Card, Community Certificate, Income Certificate, Parents Aadhaar ID Card and any one Address Proof (Ration Card/Voter ID Card/Driving license/Passport) ). Drop into DROP BOX, kept in the school between 9.00 AM and 5.00 PM

Student Name and Date of Birth must be same in the registration form and Birth Certificate or else your registration form will be rejected.


Note: Rental Agreement/Bank Pass Book/Gas Bill/EB Card will not be accepted as Residential Proof.
